These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of The Hive Spoofer (the "Service"), provided by [Operator] ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service lets you upload videos and images to be processed ("washed") by automated pipelines that re-encode, alter metadata, and modify pixel-level statistics. Processed outputs are returned to you for download.

We provide the Service on an "as-is" basis. We make no representation that processed outputs will achieve any particular result, including but not limited to evading any specific content-detection or content-classification system. The relevant pipelines are calibrated against publicly available detection systems as of dates noted in our documentation; results may vary and may change without notice as those external systems evolve.

2. Accounts

To use the Service you must create an account through our authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

upload, process, or distribute content you do not have the rights to use, including content that infringes any third party's copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or other intellectual-property right;
upload, process, or distribute content depicting child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or any other content prohibited by law in your jurisdiction or ours;
upload content for the purpose of harassing, defaming, or impersonating any person without their consent;
use the Service to evade legal process, fraud-prevention systems, or know-your-customer/identity-verification controls;
attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Service, including by reverse-engineering, scraping, or running automated tools beyond the published rate limits;
resell or sublicense the Service or its outputs as part of a product that competes with the Service.

We may suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe is being used in violation of this section, with or without notice. Content that we believe in good faith violates this section may be removed without notice.

4. Credits and purchases

The Service runs on a pay-as-you-go credit model. Credit costs per operation, available pack sizes, and prices are listed on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full payment-card information.

Credits are non-transferable, do not constitute legal tender, and have no cash value. Credits do not expire while your account remains in good standing. Free trial credits granted on signup may be revoked at any time and are not refundable.

5. Refund policy

Purchased credits are generally non-refundable. We will issue a refund of unused credits at our discretion in cases of clear billing error or material Service unavailability. Requests for refunds may be sent to [support email] within 30 days of the original purchase. Refunds, when granted, will be issued back to the original payment method.

6. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you upload. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your content to train machine learning models or sell it to third parties.

Uploaded content and processed outputs are stored only as long as needed to deliver the Service to you. See our Privacy Policy for retention specifics.

7. Service availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available without interruption. We may perform maintenance, update or change features, or impose new limits at any time. We are not liable for any data loss or business loss caused by Service downtime.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PROCESSED OUTPUTS WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR DETECTION, CLASSIFICATION, OR DEDUPLICATION OUTCOME.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. On termination your right to use the Service ends; provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 4, 5, 8, and 11) will survive.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing-law jurisdiction] without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
